What happens in AMPLIFY Masterclass

This is not a talk about the kits. You open them. You use them. Hour one scores AMPLIFY against the System. Hour two builds a first pass, then moves that pass into Exodus so it does not die on Monday.

Hour 1 AMPLIFY against the kits

We open the AMPLIFY results as a group. Same seven letters, in the same room, wherever you landed.
Pull the matching kits: the Playbook for the map, brand and authority for how you show up, the website kit for a place you own, the offer playbooks for something people can buy.
Leave the first hour with one bottleneck chosen, not seven open tabs.

Hour 2 First pass, then Exodus

Build a working pass: an asset that can live without you in the room, a first offer, and a path from stranger to customer.
Put company structure, site, email, CRM, and social in the order they actually run, so Monday has a sequence.
Then we open Exodus. Same System, run as a 90-day operation instead of a weekend of PDFs. That is the last movement of the class, not a side conversation.
